A first for The Distillery – a whisky matured in a sherry butt. These lovely big oak sherry casks have imparted wonderfully delicate flavours to the whisky. There is no peatiness to the whisky and the flavours shine through, resulting in a wonderful taste reminiscent of sticky toffee pudding.
