Tasting Notes:
Golden in appearance.
Nose Neat: Burnt marshmallows, walnuts, vanilla sponge, toasted oak, light smoke, leather, caramel.
Nose with water: Toffee apple, sea salt, pears, clove, soft smoke, cinnamon, plums.
Palate neat: Toasted oak, caramel, oily mouth feel, bonfire ash, nutmeg, ginger, figs, liquorish.
Palate with water: Light brown sugar, stewed orchard fruits, gentle smoky linger, ginger, nutmeg.
Finish: Long oily finish with a lasting smoke.
