After a mere 17 years of distilling, The English Sherry Cask matured single cask whisky was added to the core range in the Autumn of 2023, along with The English Original and The English Smokey. This was a momentous step for the distillery and a big milestone as it continued to demonstrate the skill of the distillery and the depth of their maturing stock.
The signature Core whiskies were intended to be available all year round as they are delicious, easy-drinking, drinks-cabinet favourites that also make failsafe gifts, with The English Sherry Cask completing this must-have trio alongside The English Original and The English Smokey.

Description
Wafts of rich dark fruits, almonds and vanilla are followed by a wonderful taste of fruit cake, digestive biscuits, honey and figs with a hint of chocolate; all topped off with a lovely long and sweet finish.
