The 11 carefully selected botanicals – which include rose petals, lemon grass and grains of paradise – are infused in our bespoke copper still by Head Distiller Pete Margree to create this modern and sophisticated signature gin.

St Giles Rhubarb & Ginger (40% ABV) –

This raspberry, rhubarb and ginger gin is created using fresh, local fruit and utilising a unique production process, combining distillation of rhubarb and an infusion of raspberries, gives this beautifully refreshing gin an intense depth of fruity flavour.

St Giles Mandarin & Passionfruit (40% ABV) –

This Mandarin and passion fruit flavoured gin is an exploration of exotic flavours combining mandarin and passion fruit in a beautiful and well balanced creation.
