Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub Syrup
Just add sparkling water or mixers for a simple grown up alcohol free tipple, and use as the perfect foundation for a non alcoholic cocktail. Alternatively, blend with standard spirits and mixers such as a Gin & Tonic to elevate into cocktail territory, these syrups are also great for making a range of classic and simple to prepare cocktails.

Description
An intense orange peel aroma, packed with citrus notes and a perfect sweet sour balance. A seductive bitterness gives great length and a moreish finish.
Works wonderfully with a range of tonic waters where its bittersweet citrus character comes to the fore. Add some gin to make a satisfying Gin St Clements aperitif or push the boat out with the brandy and jump into a Sidecar.
