Archangel Rhubarb Gin Liqueur

Description

Archangel “Limited Edition” Rhubarb Gin Liqueur contains a special variety of the finest Norfolk Rhubarb, grown especially for the Distillery at Beeston in North West Norfolk.  

The rhubarb is steeped with special in-house vodka for a minimum of four weeks and tasted frequently to see how it’s coming along!  It is then blended with Archangel’s award winning ‘Classic’ gin until the balance of flavours is perfect.

Each batch is unique as the flavour profile of the rhubarb develops over the summer. It is filtered twice and there is no colouring added.  Every bottle is individually numbered from each small-batch of around 300 bottles.

Every cut of rhubarb contains varying amounts of juice so it is made ‘to taste’ – not to formula. Consequently, each batch has a slightly different ABV, lovingly recorded on the individually labelled bottles.
