Archangel ‘Cardinalis’ (The Cardinal) is, essentially, ‘sloe port’ but it’s a term we cannot use because port must come from Portugal! This is the perfect accompaniment to a top quality cheese and the beautiful bottle makes a truly glorious addition to dinner table.
