Ice Cider is made by freezing the locally sourced apple juice prior to fermentation, thus concentrating natural sugars and flavours. This results in a sweet and seductive dessert cider that’s bursting with aromas of baked apple and honey, with hints of peach and mango.

All Harleston ciders are made from 100% locally sourced dessert and cooking apples from East Anglian fruit farms. No concentrate is ever used and they pride themselves by fermenting using wild yeasts found on the apples themselves.
