Yare Valley Oils are an award winning, field to bottle producer of Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil, based on a family run farm nestled beside the Norfolk Broads. They also create all natural Lip Balms and Soaps made using their pure oil that contains vitamins and minerals and using local ingredients.
The rich soil of the Yare Valley is home to some of the best vegetables in the region, and luckily, oil seed rape too! Pressed, twice filtered, oil seed rape is used to create their award winning Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oils, infusions and dressings (Norfolk Vinaigrette a particular highlight!). High in omega 3, contains vitamin E and has half the saturated fat of olive oil.
