Wildcraft Brewery is based in Buxton, Norfolk and was established in 2017 and all their beers are Vegan and Gluten Free.
The “wild” in Wildcraft comes from the fact that the Head Brewer likes to forage the ingredients for their seasonal specials from the Norfolk Countryside.
Wildcraft produce a range of perennial beers including the 2017 Norwich Beer Festival Award Winning Wild Bill Hiccup – Best Bitter, Wild Eye – IPA, Wild Ride – Dry Hopped Pale Ale, Wild Summer – Pale and Hoppy Pale Ale, Wild Stallion – Smooth Stout & the best seller by far : Wild Norfolk – a Dry Hopped IPA, which was developed based on a survey prior to the first Norfolk Day in July 2018.
Newly released during the 2020 lockdown is Wild Caribbean – a Pineapple IPA which just makes you want to get up and start limbo dancing…!
The Seasonal Special beers are dependent upon the weather & what nature has to offer and include Wild Towers – Pale Ale with Yarrow, Wild Sting – a Ruby Nettle Ale, Wild Card – a Blackberry Stout, Wild & Nutty – a foraged Nut Ale, Wild Side – a Cranberry Saison & Wild Spice – the favourite Spiced Malt Ale for Christmas.
